Take flour, salt, carrom seeds and milk in a bowl and make dough with water, rest aside.
In a pan, take oil add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min till raw smell goes off.
Add curd and sauté for a min.
Add blanched and chopped spinach and mix well.
Add salt , red chilli powder and sauté for 1-2 mins.
Add grated paneer and mix well till the whole filling gets a little dry.
Switch off the gas and let it cool.
Take a ball from dough and flatten it a bit.
Keep the filling in centre and roll into a ball again.
With dry flour roll into a parantha on a rolling board.
Heat up tawa and shallow fry the parantha on both sides till brown.
Serve hot with your favourite pickle or curd.
