Paneer stuffed Palak parantha

Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed Palak parantha

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup spinach purée
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • water, as required
  • 100 gm paneer
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder or amchoor powder
  • ghee, as required

How to make Paneer stuffed Palak parantha

  1. Take flour in a bowl,add salt, carrom seeds, black pepper powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. Make a dough with spinach purée, use water if required.
  3. For the paneer filling, crumble the paneer and add salt, black pepper powder and dry mango powder and mix well.
  4. Take a ball from the dough, flatten it and fill it with paneer filling.
  5. Dust with dry flour and roll into parantha on a rolling board.
  6. Heat up tawa and shallow fry the parantha with ghee .
  7. Serve hot.
