  1. Bengal gram 1/2 cup
  2. Dates 1-2
  3. sugar or jaggery as required
  4. Ghee 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast Bengal gram well.and grind it with dates and jaggery.
  2. After add ghee and make balls.
  3. Serve it.
