This is a quick and healthy snack recipe, which can be made in few minutes and are too delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black bengal gram 1 cup
  2. Red chilly 4 number
  3. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  4. Urud Dal 1 teaspoon
  5. Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak Bengal gram for 4 hours
  2. Pressure cook till soft
  3. In a pan heat oil and crack mustard seed and urud Dal
  4. Add cooked gram
  5. Add salt
  6. Add grated coconut
  7. Serve hot
  8. If needed add chopped raw mango
