Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Deskinned jackfruit seeds
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Red chillies 3
  5. jaggery 1/2 cup
  6. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  7. water
  8. salt to taste


  1. Deskin jackfruit seeds and chop them
  2. In a pan take oil
  3. Add mustard seeds
  4. When it splutters add red chillies
  5. Add chopped jackfruit seeds and saute
  6. Add jaggery
  7. Add water just enough to cook and salt to taste
  8. Add grated coconut
  9. Simmer for 10 minutes and check if jackfruit seed pieces are thoroughly cooked
  10. Enjoy hot
