ABOUT Paneer corn pattice RECIPE

This pattice is different to other pattice. Stuffing has different taste. This pattice like everyone. This is tea time snacks. Eat with green chutney/tomato ketchup /Curd.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For outer layer:
  2. Medium size boiled potatoes 4 nos.
  3. Bread crumbs of 4 slice
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Finely chopped coriander 1/4cup
  6. Green chilly paste 1Tsp.
  7. For stuffing:
  8. Crumble Paneer 1/2 cup
  9. Boiled Corn 1/2 cup
  10. Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup (Optional)
  11. Tikha Sev 3/4 cup
  12. Green chilly paste 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
  13. Chat masala 1Tsp.
  14. Garam masala 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
  15. Finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  16. Maida 1 Tbsp for coating.
  17. Oil for deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes. Add salt, coriander, bread crumbs. Mix it well. Keep aside.
  2. For Stuffing:
  3. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing. Keep aside.
  4. Now prepare pattice. Make a 8 to 10 balls of outer layer. Now take 1 ball of potatoes mixture. Make a medium size puri. Put the stuffing of Paneer and corn.
  5. Make a round ball. Lightly roll in maida. Deep fry on medium heat. Serve hot with green chutney /tomato ketchup / Curd.
