Broccoli and Egg Pasta

Ingredients to make Broccoli and Egg Pasta

  • Penne pasta - 300g
  • Broccoli - 100g
  • garlic - 5- 6
  • onion, chopped - 1
  • capsicum, chopped - 1
  • egg - 2
  • Cheese spread
  • Basil leaves - a few
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • Pasta sauce - 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree( fresh) - 1 cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Broccoli and Egg Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta while boiling pasta add salt and oil so that it does no stick.
  2. Take a seprate pan add oil add garlic onion and saute at medium flame
  3. Then add broccoli and capsicum and let them saute after this add pasta
  4. Then add pasta sauce and tomato puree and add your seasoning
  5. Take another psn add some oil and make the bhurgi of egg add a pinch if salt and pepper
  6. Add burgi in the pasta and add cheese spread and chopped basil
  7. Garnish with basil and serve hot

My Tip:

while boiling pasta must add oil
