Ingredients to make Green omelette

  • eggs (2)
  • Boiled french beans
  • Boiled peas
  • Boiled spinach
  • ginger garlic paste
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper

How to make Green omelette

  1. Boil all the veggies until it becomes little soft. Saute it on pan for 2-3 mins, using 1 tsp of olive oil.
  2. Collect the sauteed veggies in a bowl and add two eggs to it.
  3. Add salt and pepper for taste and whisk .
  4. Take a pan add 3 tsp of olive oil, let the oil heat for 1 min. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Flip it over let the omelette cook for another 1 min. And yaay! It is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Tastes best with brown bread and tomato ketchup.u can remove the egg yolk if u wish to.chicken pieces can also be added.
