Bread Chaat

Ingredients to make Bread Chaat

  • 2 slice bread
  • 1 small cucumber peeled and chopped in cubes
  • 1 onion chopped in cubes
  • 1 tomato chopped in cubes
  • 2-3 potatoes boiled and chopped in cubes
  • 1/2 cup bhujiya
  • 1 tbsp coriander chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • Black salt , salt, chaat masala according to taste

How to make Bread Chaat

  1. Cut the sides of the bread and keep the bread on serving plate.
  2. In a bowl mix green chutney and tamarind chutney in potatoes. Add both salt accordingly.
  3. In another bowl mix tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Add salt, black salt and chaat masala
  4. Now, apply green chutney n tamarind chutney over bread slices. Spread potato mixture, then spread salad mixture.
  5. Spread bhujiya, cut in pieces and serve.
