Ingredients to make Fried Prawns

  • prawns medium size - 10
  • salt
  • oil to fry
  • light soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • worchestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric Powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • garlic crushed - 2

  1. devein and clean the prawns
  2. marinade for an hour with all ingredients except oil and garlic
  3. heat oil in a wok and add garlic
  4. add the prawns and fry till done.
