  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chillies 3
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup

How to make Bondi ( banana ) flower upkari

  1. Grate the Bondi with grater
  2. In a pan take oil
  3. Add mustard seeds
  4. When it splutters add red chillies
  5. Then add grated Bondi and sufficient water to cook
  6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Add grated coconut and simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Serve hot
