  1. Remove pistil and scale banana flower
  2. Soak buttermilk in 6 hours
  3. Grain gram Dall add fenugreek
  4. Add banana flower
  5. Add chilli
  6. Heat oil for deep frying
  7. Make a vada shape using mix
  8. Drop in a oil banana flower mix balls
  9. Both sides till golden and crispy
  10. Drain on a paper towel
  11. Take a bowl
  12. Add curd
  13. Soak banana flower vada in a curd 30 mins
  14. Sprinkle corainder leaves and Chaat masala
