Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 Orange / Kinnow
  2. Sugar 2 1/2 cup
  3. Orange zest 1/2 cup
  4. 1 Lemon Juice
  5. 1/2 cup Orange juice


  1. Peel the Orange or Kinnow. Cut and remove seeds from the orange slices, only use juicy part.
  2. For the orange zest use only outer coloured part not inner white part otherwise it will become bitter in taste.
  3. In a pot add orange juice, segment, lemon juice and sugar.
  4. When the mixture comes to boil reduce the heat at low and stir every few minutes to make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  5. Check its thickness by droping some jam on a plate, if it sticks, stays fixed or not too much liquid then it will be perfect.
  6. Consistency should be semi liquid because it will thicken when it cools down.
  7. Transfer in a clean dry jar, let it cool and then close the lid.
