Veg pizza for starters

Ingredients to make Veg pizza for starters

  • onion 2
  • capsicum 1
  • corns half cup
  • mushrooms half cup
  • tomato 2
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • salt
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce
  • Pizza sause... Ready made used here
  • butter to apply on bread
  • Cheese grated
  • Bread 10 slices

How to make Veg pizza for starters

  1. Take a pan add little butter
  2. Chop all the veggies into small pieces and toss them in the butter
  3. Add salt oregana chilli flakes pepper and remove from heat
  4. Do not make the veggies too soft
  5. Butter the bread
  6. Put pizza sauce on it
  7. Now add tomato sauce
  8. Put the veg mix that was prepared and spread it on the bread
  9. Now coat the bread with the grated cheese
  10. Heat a pan on slow fire and place the bread in it. Cover the pan for 5 mins.
  11. Remove and cut into pieces. Serve hot

My Tip:

Any veggies can be used... Even chicken boiled can be used.
