Ingredients to make Hassle back Potatoes

  • Big size potatoes 4
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Room temperature butter 2 tbsp
  • garlic finely chopped 3
  • Mix herbs 1 tsp
  • red chilli flakes 3/4 tsp
  • Fresh or dry parsley 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese 1/4 cup

How to make Hassle back Potatoes

  1. CUT THE 4 WASHED POTATOES INTO THIN SLICES, LEAVING 1/4 INCH AT THE BOTTOM UNSLICED; 
  2. TAKE 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL IN A BOWL, ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP SALT, MIX WELL AND APPLY ON SLICED POTATOES
  3. BAKE UNTIL TENDER AND CRISP, 55 TO 60 MINUTES, AT 180° C IN PREHEATED OVEN
  4. TAKE OUT FROM THE OVEN
  5. IN 2 TBSP SOFT BUTTER, ADD 1 TSP GARLIC, 1 TSP CHILLY FLAKES, 1 TSP MIX HERBS & 1 TSP FRESH PARSLEY
  6. 1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE AND MIX WELL
  7. APPLY THIS MIXTURE IN EVERY LAYER OF POTATO
  8. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
  9. SERVE HOT WITH SPICY MAYO
