Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup soaked rice
  2. 1/2 cup soaked urad dal
  3. 1 sachet eno
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. For filling
  6. 1/2 bowl peas
  7. 1/2 bowl chopped carrots
  8. 1/2 bowl chopped cauliflower
  9. 1/2 bowl Boiled and mashesd patatoes
  10. 1 tsp chopped chilli
  11. 1 tsp grated ginger
  12. 1 tspn salt
  13. 1 tsp jeera powder
  14. oil
  15. 2 tblspn rai


  1. Wash and soaked rice n dal about 40 minutes
  2. Now grind both into fine paste
  3. Add eno
  4. Add salt
  5. Mix it well
  6. Take big kadai add water and keep a stand
  7. Now keep greased thali
  8. Pour batter
  9. Close with lid and cook for 10 min in high flame
  10. Take pan add oil and jeera let it splutter
  11. Vegetable for stuffing
  12. Add peas to it
  13. Now add carrot
  14. Add cauliflower
  15. Cook for a while
  16. Now add patatoes
  17. Add jeera powder ginger and chiili and salt
  18. Finally add corriander leaves
  19. After 10 min it's look like this keep for cool now cut in square shape
  20. Square
  21. Fill this masala in one portion
  22. And cover with other
  23. Heat tawa add oil and a pinch of rai
  24. Now saute these sandwich from both sides till became little reddish
  25. It's ready to serve with ketchup and green chilli njoy
