ABOUT Banana chocolate chip cake RECIPE

It is delicious cake..liked by kids..i make this often when they are bananas leftover because they are good if bananas are ripen well

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour-180g
  2. Bananas-4
  3. Sugar/jagerry-100g
  4. Baking powder-1tsp
  5. Baking soda-1tsp
  6. Salt-a pinch
  7. Oil/butter-125ml
  8. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  9. Nutmeg powder-1/8tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add pieces of bananas and mash well..
  2. Add oil/butter to banana mixture and whisk with hand or blender
  3. Add Powdered sugar to it
  4. Seive wheat flour,salt,baking powder and baking soda twice or thrice
  5. Add seived mixture,vanilla essence and nutmeg powder and do fold and cut method
  6. Grease the baking tin with butter and flour. Pour the batter over it
  7. Tap 2 or 3 times..add chocolate chips and banana slices
  8. Pre heat the oven and bake at 180* for 35-40 mins
  9. Check inserting toothpick in center and at sides
  10. Let it cool and serve
