Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. சக்கரவள்ளி கிழங்கு 2
  2. பனீர் 100கிராம்
  3. உப்பு 1tsp
  4. மஞ்சள் தூள் 1tsp
  5. மிளகாய் தூள் 1tsp

Instructions

  1. கிழங்கை குக்கரில் 1 விசில் வைத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்
  2. தோலுரித்து அத்துடன் உப்பு மிளகாய் தூள் மஞ்சள் தூள் சேர்த்து கொள்ளவும்
  3. நன்றாக மசித்து கொள்ளவும். இதன் மேல் பனீர் உதிர்ந்து விடவும்
  4. இதை சிறு உருண்டைகளாக உருட்டி ரஸ்கில் பிரட்டவும்
  5. வாணலியில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி காய்ந்ததும் இதை பொரித்து எடுக்கவும்
