Pan fried veg dumplings

Ingredients to make Pan fried veg dumplings

  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 onion fined chopped
  • 4 florets of cauliflower grated
  • 50gm French beans fined chopped
  • Half bell pepper finely chopped
  • 5 florets of broccoli grated
  • salt acc to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • Half inch grated ginger
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 pinch of powered sugar
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • Half cup maida
  • water for kneading
  • 2 tbsp Schzewan sauce
  • 2 spring onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tsp vinegar

How to make Pan fried veg dumplings

  1. Take whole wheat flour , maida , 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt Knead soft dough and keep it aside for 15 min
  2. Take a thick bottom kadai add oil , when oil turns hot add onion , ginger saute for a minute for high flame
  3. add all chopped vegetables, sprinkle salt , soy sauce green chillies Give a good stir for 2 minutes or until vegetables become little soft
  4. turn off the flame
  5. take a prepared dough knead it again and make dumpling with stuffing
  6. steam the prepared momos for 10 min
  7. afterthat take a pan , add little oil and fry momoes for 2 min Then add Schzewan sauce, grated garlic, spring onion
  8. pan fried hot dumpling is ready to serve ,garnish with spring onions
