Nenthran pazham (Kerala banana) pudding

Ingredients to make Nenthran pazham (Kerala banana) pudding

  • Raw rice flour 1 table spoon
  • Nenthran banana 1
  • sugar 3 table spoon
  • cardamom 2 number
  • Milk 1/4 cup

How to make Nenthran pazham (Kerala banana) pudding

  1. Grind coarsely half banana, rice flour, sugar, cardamom
  2. Mash balance half banana with hand
  3. In a thick bottom pan add milk add mashed banana and ground mixture and cook in low flame till it becomes thick
  4. Spread it in a greesed plate and cool it in refrigerator
  5. Serve cool
