  1. சக்கரவள்ளி கிழங்கு 2
  2. பால் 2 கப்
  3. வெல்லம் 1 கப்
  4. ஏலக்காய் தூள் 1 tsp
  5. சுக்கு தூள் 1/2tsp
  6. நெய் 1tsp

Instructions

  1. கிழங்கை வேகவைத்து தோலுரித்து மசித்து கொள்ளவும்
  2. வெல்லத்துடன் கால் கப் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி அடுப்பில் வைத்து கரைத்து கொள்ளவும்
  3. வடிகட்டி மசித்து கிழங்குடன் சேர்த்து அடுப்பில் 10 நிமிடம் கிளறி கொதிக்க விடவும்
  4. கடைசியில் பால் சேர்த்து இறக்கவும். ஏலக்காய் சுக்கு தூள் சேர்த்து பறிமாரவும்
