About Tofu and green peas sandwich Recipe

It is a sandwich made with tofru rich in protein and guilt free. Just enjoy it in breakfast or as tea time snack.

Tofu and green peas sandwich

Ingredients to make Tofu and green peas sandwich

  • Tofu 60 gm scrambled
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • garlic 1 tablespoon chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • green chillies 1 chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • oil 1 tablespoon

How to make Tofu and green peas sandwich

  1. Add oil to a pan and add chopped onion and ginger. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomato and green chilli. Saute it for 3 minutes.
  3. Add peas and cook till it becomes soft. Add salt, tomato ketchup and turmeric powder. Add tofu and cook for another 5 minute on low flame
  4. Your tofu stuffing is ready.
  5. Now apply this on bread slices.
  6. And cover with another slice and apply butter on slices and grill till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Cut into desired shape. Serve with chutney or ketchup. Your tofu sandwich is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can add more veggies of your choice.
