Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled & mashed sweet potato - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Grated paneer -1/2 cup
  3. Roasted chana powder - 1/2 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar- 1/2 tsp
  6. Kissmiss - 15 -20
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  8. Onion paste- 2 tbsp
  9. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  10. Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  12. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder - 1/2
  14. Chopped ginger garlic- 1 tsp each
  15. Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp
  16. Cumin seed
  17. Bay leaf
  18. Red chilly
  19. oil
  20. ghee

Instructions

  1. Mix paneer, chopped chillies, coriander, ginger garlic, salt, roasted Ghana powder, tumeric powder with boiled mashed sweet potato.
  2. Make a tight dough and small balls stuffed with one kissmiss.
  3. Deep fry the balls till golden brown.
  4. Heat ghee with oil and add bay leaf, cumin seeds and red chilly. Add onion paste ,ginger garlic paste after masala crackles. Add all the dry masala with little water, mix well and pour into fried onion paste. Add tomato puree, Cook for 2 mins and add hot water, salt and sugar. Wait for boiling the gravy and add fried balls..
  5. 2 minute to cook and lastly add 1 tsp ghee ,.cashew, kissmiss and serve.
