About Sweet potato nest Recipe

Today i bring for all if you a delicious recipe of sweet potato tikki in which i add rice peas and other spices.it is a very very delicious recipe.i present this in my way.

Sweet potato nest

Ingredients to make Sweet potato nest

  • 1 cup boiled sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup cooked or leftover rice
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup mashed paneer
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • coriander powder salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • oil for frying
  • For slurry---
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • water as required
  • 1 cupp rice sevaiyan
  • 2 tbsp mash paneer
  • salt and pepper as per taste
  • oil for frying
  • Green chutney for serving

How to make Sweet potato nest

  1. Take a bowl and add sweet potato and rice
  2. Add peas ,ginger garlic paste
  3. And green chilli
  4. Then add all ingredents
  5. And mash all of them and mix
  6. Make like a dough
  7. If required add some bread crumb
  8. Now devide mix in 3 parts
  9. And make ball then flatten it
  10. Press in center for giving shape of nest
  11. Make a slurry by adding flour and water
  12. Finely whisk it
  13. Take devariya in a plate
  14. Roll nest in slurry
  15. And then roll in sevaiyan
  16. Coat finely
  17. Keep in freeze for 20 min.
  18. Till then take mash paneer
  19. Add salt and pepper
  20. Make small eggs shape of it
  21. At the time of serving fry nests and paneer eggs
  22. Pour some green chutney in center of nest and add coriander leaves
  23. Put eggs upon it
  24. Our delicious sweet potato tikkies are ready
