  1. Maidaflour -1 cup
  2. Sweet potato-3
  3. Water-needed
  4. Salt-needed

Instructions

  1. Cook and peel skin sweet potato
  2. Mashed sweet potato
  3. Add wheat flour and needed salt and water mix well
  4. Keep rolling balls
  5. Make round puri
  6. Heat oil for deep frying
  7. Both sides till golden and crispy
  8. Serve with any gravy
