Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. unripe banana 2
  2. tomato 2
  3. salt
  4. ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  5. curry leaves
  6. onion 2
  7. coriander leaves
  8. orid dhal 2tsp
  9. dried chilli 2
  10. urad dhal 2 tsp


  1. wash the banana and cut into small pieces without peeling the skin
  2. add salt turmeric powder chilli powder and boil till half cooked
  3. cut onion and tomato into small pieces
  4. heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds urad dhal orid dhal dried chilli.
  5. add pinch of turmeric powder and cook. add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell leaves
  6. add tomatoes half cooked banana and chilli powder. fry till cooked. add coriander leaves and curry leaves and serve hot.
