Chinese raw banana

Ingredients to make Chinese raw banana

  • Raw banana 1
  • onion 4
  • garlic 1
  • green chilly 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Tamato sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 teaspoon
  • Blackpepper 1/teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  • maida 2tablespoon
  • cornflour 1 tablespoon
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Chinese raw banana

  1. Chopped banana in cube
  2. Add water and salt and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes .drain the water.
  3. Make a batter of maida cornflower,salt ,chilly powder and turmeric.drop the banana in it.
  4. Deep fry it like pakora.
  5. In a pan add oil and stir all written spices.
  6. Now mix the fried bananas and serve it.

My Tip:

Can add capcicum also.
