ABOUT Kayalpattinam Kalari Curry RECIPE

Kayalpattinam is a coastal region in Tamilnadu. It has a lot of unique recipes including this recipe. The curry is usually made with mutton, spices, curd, and only raw banana is used as a veggie in the curry. This tastes great with plain rice, variety rice, and tiffins too. I got this recipe from Barakath Mahin sis from Kayalpattinam.
