  1. Maida -1cup
  2. Gram flour-1/2cup
  3. Sugar-1cup
  4. Ghee-needed
  5. Baking soda-1/4tbps
  6. Sweet potato-2

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add maida gram flour
  2. Boil and peel sweet potato
  3. Mashed sweet potato
  4. Add sweet potato
  5. Add sugar and baking soda
  6. Heat paniyara pan add ghee
  7. Drop mix and cover lid
  8. Both sides till golden and crispy
  9. Drain on a paper towel
