Try this melt in mouth banana blondies with the yumm brown sugar frosting, very easy to make but simply lovely dessert.

Eggless banana blondies

Ingredients to make Eggless banana blondies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • For the frosting
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

How to make Eggless banana blondies

  1. Melt the butter and whisk the sugar in it.
  2. Add vanilla essence and mashed bananas and mix well.
  3. Fold in flour and salt till a smooth batter.
  4. Pour the mix in a greased square pan .
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins .
  6. Remove from pan to wire rack and let it cool.
  7. For the frosting melt butter in a pan and add milk and brown sugar and mix till sugar melts.
  8. Remove from heat and let it cool for 2-3 mins.
  9. Whisk in the powdered sugar well till it is incorporated.
  10. Spread the frosting on blondies and allow it to set.
  11. Cut into squares when the blondies and frosting has set well.
