Ingredients to make Fried idli

  • Idli (soji idli)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped(vertically)
  • 1/2 capsicum choppd
  • 1 cup choppd cabbage
  • 1/2 spn mustard seeds
  • salt
  • chilli flakes
  • 2 tbs tomato catchup

How to make Fried idli

  1. Take a pan and put some oil in it, heat oil put some mustard seeds once seeds start tempering then add onion and saute till it softens, now add tomato n saute for a minute in the end add cabbage and capsicum and saute for another minute..add salt n ketchup./
  2. Take idlies and cut it in 4 pieces, add idlies into the mixture. Mix it well..garnish with green coriander and serve hot..
