Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli (soji idli)
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped(vertically)
  4. 1/2 capsicum choppd
  5. 1 cup choppd Cabbage
  6. 1/2 spn Mustard seeds
  7. Salt
  8. Chilli flakes
  9. 2 tbs Tomato catchup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and put some oil in it, heat oil put some mustard seeds once seeds start tempering then add onion and saute till it softens, now add tomato n saute for a minute in the end add cabbage and capsicum and saute for another minute..add salt n ketchup./
  2. Take idlies and cut it in 4 pieces, add idlies into the mixture. Mix it well..garnish with green coriander and serve hot..

you have mentioned suji idli..can this be made using rice idlis as well?
