Mango mousse

Ingredients to make Mango mousse

  • Riped mango-2 (diced)
  • Whipping cream -3/4 cup
  • sugar- 1/4 cup
  • Milkmaid- 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essense -1/2 teaspoon
  • Gelatin- 1 teaspoon
  • water -1 tablespoon
  • Cherry and mint leaves (for decor)

How to make Mango mousse

  1. Blend mango, sugar, milkmaid, vanilla essense all together in a blender.
  2. Whip the whipping cream untill stiffpeacks.
  3. Mix mango mixture with whipping cream.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and pour this to mango whipping cream mixture.
  5. Pour into small moulds and decor with cherry and mint leaves.
  6. Chill for atleast 1 hour and serve.
