Prepare the brownie as per the pack instructions
In a kadhai pour milk and bring it to boil.
Simmer the gas and mix in the boiled rice
Keep the flame on slow and keep stirring.
De mould the brownie once cooled and then crumble few pieces of it.
Prepare the serving glasses by covering the rim with melted chocolate.
Once the kheer is half done add in sugar, cardamom powder and saffron strands.
Cook for another 10 minutes and switch off the flame.
Let it cool in the kadhai till it comes down to room temperature.
Mix in the melted chocolate with crumbled brownie.
Now put the crumble in the prepared glasses and press it gently.
Refrigerate the glasses for 10 minutes
Now pour in the kheer in each of the glasses till top.
You may also add in some crumble in between the kheer
Garnish the kheer with sliced strawberries ,slivered pistachios and brownie bites.
Chill it till serve.
