Made so many times ... But this time with milkmaid...

Phirni (with milkmaid)

Ingredients to make Phirni (with milkmaid)

  • Milk 500 ml
  • rice 1/2 cup soaked for 1/2 hour
  • Milkmaid 4 tbsp
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • Pistacheos for garnishing

How to make Phirni (with milkmaid)

  1. Make fine paste of soaked rice in mixer.
  2. Boil milk in a deep pan on high flame.
  3. Lower the flame and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add rice paste and sugar in it.
  5. Stirr continuosly till thicken.
  6. Add milkmaid and switch off the flame
  7. Transfer into small bowls
  8. Garnish with pistacheos.
