ABOUT Sahi Tukra with Milkmaid RECIPE

Milkmaid brings magical taste and yummy when added to any sweet dessert which makes you dish a delightful one. In other part, my family and myself are fond of Milkmaid, so for such we sometimes eat spoon full of Milkmaid simply. And sometimes when no time to reduce milk to make Rabri, we use our Milkmaid.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bread 10-12 pieces
  2. Chopped pistachios 2 tablespoon
  3. chopped almonds 2 tablespoon
  4. ghee 4 tablespoon
  5. oil for swallow frying
  6. Milkmaid 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add oil and ghee in it. Shallow fry the bread pieces
  2. Now boil 1/3 cup of milk and add Milkmaid in it. Off the flame and soak the bread pieces in the milk mixture.
  3. Take out the bread pieces after it soaked for 5-7 minutes
  4. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds and serve cool.
