ABOUT Avocado Mango Mint Spread RECIPE

A low calorie and tangy vegan spread ! Goes great with sandwich, chips, nachos, samosas, etc!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 ripe avocado
  2. 4-5 shallots (finely chopped)
  3. 1 tsp mint paste
  4. 2 tsp grated raw mango
  5. 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  6. freshly ground pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp honey
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the same bowl. Mash together with a fork. Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour for the flavors to come together.
  3. Take it out and use as a sandwich spread or even a dip with pakoras /samosas.
  4. Keep the rest in the fridge. Stay good for 2-3 days when stored with care.
