For crust
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dates
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup (sauce)
For cheese cake
1 Avocado
few drops of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Pulse crust ingredients in mixer jar until sticky crumbles form ..
Peeled and deseeded avocado
Put all cheesecake ingredients into mixer jar and pulse. Make it smooth paste.
Make it smooth paste.
Now in cookie cutter mold add crust and press little..add avocado cheese cake paste n press gently..de mold cookie cutter..make all mini cheese cake like this.
Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate
