Mini tart

Ingredients to make Mini tart

  • Pastry tart cell 12 pcs
  • Chopped Red / yellow bell pepper 1/4 th cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Black olive slice 1 tsp
  • chicken mince 1/2 cup
  • Grated White chedder cheese 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1tsp
  • Refined oil 1tsp
  • Chives 1tsp

How to make Mini tart

  1. In a pan, heat oil. Put the minced chicken and salt. Saute it until the chicken cooked well.
  2. In a bowl put cooked chicken, onion, bell pepper, olive, salt, pepper, chives and mix well.
  3. In a baking tray place all the 12 cells and fill them with the prepared mixture.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake them in pre-heated oven for 5mints in 140°C.
  6. Serve hot

My Tip:

For vegetarian version u can add mushroom in place of chicken.
