About Pan Rasmalai Recipe

Holi Special Sweet Pan Rasmalai made with Nestlé milkmaid. Traditional and delicious dessert for holi festival.

Pan Rasmalai

Ingredients to make Pan Rasmalai

  • 1/2 can milkmaid
  • 300 gms paneer
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3-4 masala sweet pan
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 500 gms milk
  • 4 tbsp Gulkand
  • 1 rose

How to make Pan Rasmalai

  1. For sugar syrup,... boil water and sugar together in a pan.
  2. In a bowl add some chenna, flour and baking powder and bind them well so that there are no cracks.
  3. Then add 2 tbsp milkmaid to this mixture.
  4. Give rasmalai shapes to this mixture.
  5. Make a dent in the middle and fill it with gulkand.
  6. Put these gulkand filled ras malai in boiling sugar syrup.
  7. Now take some sweet pan and grind them well.
  8. For pan sauce...
  9. Add 500 gms milk and 1/2 can milkmaid in a pan and keep stirring.
  10. Add pan mixture in this pan and let it boil.
  11. Transfer the pan Rasmalai in the pan sauce.
  12. Pan Rasmalai is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can add two drops pan essence in pan sauce.
