Ingredients to make Mushroom matar in red gravy.

  • 2 pack mushroom.
  • 1 cup green peas.
  • 2 onion.
  • 4 tomato.
  • 1tsp gng paste.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp degi mirch.
  • 1/4tsp sabzi masala.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 2 small cardomom.
  • Green coriander.

How to make Mushroom matar in red gravy.

  1. Wash n cut mushroom.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker.
  3. Add ilaichi n cumin seeds.
  4. Add fine chopp onion.
  5. Add gng paste.
  6. Cook it till brown.
  7. Add fresh tomato pury.
  8. Add salt n all masalas.
  9. Add mushroom n peas
  10. Cook it in masala.
  11. When it seprates oil.
  12. Add 2 cup water.
  13. Cook till 2 whistle.
  14. Garnish with coriander.
  15. Serve with hot chapati.

My Tip:

Masala should b cook properly.
