It was simply delicious, spicy, tangy and everything you want a chicken to be.. you can serve along with bread toast too

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Chicken: Chicken – 250 grams Boneless, chopped into small pieces
  2. Rice flour – 1.5 tblspn
  3. maida – 1.5 tblspn
  4. Cornstarch – 1.5 tblspn
  5. chilli Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for Deepfrying
  8. For Masala:
  9. oil – 1 tblspn
  10. chilli Garlic Paste – 1 to 2 tblspn
  11. salt to taste
  12. sugar – 1 tsp
  13. Pav Bhaji masala Powder – 1 tblspn or to taste
  14. onions – 1 medium size sliced thinly
  15. capsicum – 1/2 sliced thinly
  16. tomatoes – 1 sliced thinly
  17. coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredient given in the chicken list, except oil and mix well, add little water as needed. Drop it in hot oil and fry till golden and cooked. Drain onto some paper towel. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tblspn oil in a kadai, add in chilli garlic paste and saute for a min or so.
  3. Add in salt and sugar. Add in pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  4. Add in fried chicken and toss well, add in onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Toss on high heat for 3 to 5 mins.
  5. Add in coriander leaves and serve.
