Soya Stuffed red bell pepper curry

Ingredients to make Soya Stuffed red bell pepper curry

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup soya granuals
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi [turmeric] powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tsp kasooti methi

How to make Soya Stuffed red bell pepper curry

  1. Soak soya granuals
  2. Chop vegetables
  3. Remove cap of bell pepper
  4. And all seeds make hollow
  5. Brush oil on pepper
  6. Now sprinkle some salt and pepper
  7. And let it sit for 5 min.
  8. In a pan heat oil
  9. Add jeera and splutter
  10. Then add fennel seeds and onion
  11. Saute them
  12. Mash paneer and soya
  13. And add in pan cook them
  14. Take spices and add except salt and garam masala
  15. Mix all of them
  16. Our filling is ready
  17. Now take bell peppers and fill them with stuffing
  18. Bake them in oven for 10 min.at 180 degree
  19. Now take left over masala filling
  20. And add in pan
  21. Add tomato puree and cook
  22. When it leaves oil turn off gas
  23. Add garam masala and kassori methi
  24. Transfer in serving plate and keep bell peppers upon it
  25. Garnish with coriander leaves
