About Paneer pepper rice Recipe

Very easy recipe to make with attractive colours.

Paneer pepper rice

Ingredients to make Paneer pepper rice

  • 2 bowl boil rice (any rice you can take I have taken Romana)
  • Different colours capsicum (Red, Yellow and Green)
  • paneer cubes 250
  • onion 1
  • garlic cloves 5
  • oregano 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • ginger 1 inch piece (optional)
  • Some grated cheese

How to make Paneer pepper rice

  1. First boil the rice and drain excess water. Keep aside.
  2. On a frying pan saute paneer in very little oil.
  3. Take oil in a pan add hing, oregano. Saute onion, garlic, ginger and capsicum. Add salt as per your taste.
  4. Add sauteed paneer cubes to the boiled rice. Mix all ingredients adding salt, chilli flakes, pepper and cheese. Serve hot.

My Tip:

If you want dry rice do not boil rice for more time than required.
