Yummy pepper paneer made with few ingredients without taking much time

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Onion 1
  3. Garlic one spoon finely chopped
  4. capsicum 1
  5. Green chillies
  6. Salt as taste
  7. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil 2 tbsp
  10. Water 2 or 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into pieces.
  2. Chopped onions and capsicum into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. Now take a pan on medium flame and oil.
  4. When oil is hot add garlic .
  5. Saute garlic for sometime then add onion and green chillies.
  6. Add capsicum ad saute for one minute.
  7. Now add paneer and little water then add salt, pepper and chilli flakes .
  8. Then turn off flame and cover for one minute.
  9. And delicious paneer is ready
