Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 250 grm
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 2 onions
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. Black pepper 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt to taste


  1. Cut the cauliflower and potato, put it in water and keep it aside
  2. Cut onions (refer to image provided on how to cut onions)
  3. Now cut tomatoes. Put the kadhai on the gas stove and add oil. Add onions and saute it well till the onions get a little pink colour.
  4. Add tomatoes and salt and saute well till the tomatoes get soft
  5. After tomatoes get soft, add black pepper and vegetables (cauliflower and potato) and saute well for 2 minutes on high gas flame
  6. Put gas on low and let it cook till the vegetables are done
  7. Serve hot with rasam and rice or paratha
