Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Minced chicken- 100 grams
  2. Potato, boiled- 1/2 small
  3. Onion- 1/4 small
  4. Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
  5. Green chili- 1
  6. Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Garage masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Egg- 1/2
  9. Bread crumbs- 4 teaspoons
  10. Salt- to taste
  11. Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoons
  12. Oil- for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Wash Minced chicken properly and squeeze excess water from it.
  2. In a vessel, heat oil, add onions and saute it till it becomes translucent.
  3. Now add Ginger-garlic paste and green chili to it. Stir well.
  4. Add Minced chicken and mix well on a high flame for 3-4 minutes and add salt, red chili powder, garam Masala and mashed potato. Mix well.
  5. Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool.
  6. Now give it a shape of cutlet.
  7. Beat egg separately. Dip the cutlets in the egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
  8. In a pan, heat oil. Once hot add the cutlets and shallow fry it till it becomes golden brown in color.
  9. Serve hot with mint dip.
