Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms Paneer, cut in small square shapes
  2. For the Masala:
  3. 2 tbsp Black pepper
  4. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp Oregano
  6. 1 tsp Jeera powder
  7. 1 tsp Dhania powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  10. For the corn curry :
  11. 4 tbsp oil
  12. 5 onions chopped into 4 pieces
  13. 1 cup boiled Corn
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1 tsp Black pepper
  16. 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the masalas.
  2. Coat the paneer pieces with it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer pieces till the colour changes to black.
  4. Now heat oil in another pan for the curry.
  5. Add onions, corn, salt, black pepper and saute for a while.
  6. After a while add milk and cook on a low flame.
  7. Now put this mixture in a mixer and blend well.
  8. Serve the fried paneer pieces with curry.
