  1. तूरया( तूरय) भाजी चे छीलके ( skin)
  2. हीरवी मीरच २
  3. मीठ चवीनुसार
  4. हळद १/२ चमचा
  5. तेल १/२ चमचा

Instructions

  1. तेल घेउन त्यात मोहरी टाकून द्यावे हीरवी मीरच टाकून द्यावे
  2. नंतर तूरया ची छीलके बारीक चिरलेल टाकून परतावे
  3. हळद मीठ टाकून परतावे ५ मीनीट
