Spicy cucumber wrap

Ingredients to make Spicy cucumber wrap

  • Tortilla 2 nos
  • cucumber 1 no
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Red Chillies 2-3 nos
  • lemon jucie 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce 2-4 nos
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Bell pepper 1 small

How to make Spicy cucumber wrap

  1. Grate the cucumber with skin and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl whip the hung curd with lemon juice.
  3. Chop the bell pepper and red chillies and mix it with the hung curd.
  4. Drain the excess water from the cucumber and mix it well with the hung curd. Then adjust the salt and pepper.
  5. Roast the tortilla using butter and place some roughly torn lettuce.
  6. Spread the cucumber and hung curd mixture on a wrap as a roll and serve it with salsa or mint chutney.

My Tip:

Make it with whole wheat chappati or paratha to make it healthier.
