This is a quick recipe of the delicious tempered curd rice at home.

Ingredients to make Curd rice

  • rice 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2cups
  • water 1 cup
  • curd 1 table spoon
  • mustard 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves
  • pomegranate seeds 2 table spoon
  • carrot grated 2 table spoon
  • ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Urud dal 1 teaspoon

How to make Curd rice

  1. RICE 1/2 CUP MILK 1 CUP WATER 1 CUP
  2. COOK TILL 4 WHISTLES
  3. MASH RICE
  4. ADD ONE MORE CUP MILK AND COOK TILL 1 WHISTLE
  5. IN A PAN ADD OIL AND CRACK MUSTARD SEED URUD DAL. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED GINGER
  6. ADD GRATED CARROTS AND CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD SALT AND SEASONING
  8. WHEN COOK ADD 1 TABLE SPOON CURD
